Social Organizations
이 과목은 사회조직에 관한 다양한 주제들을 중심으로 학생들이 조직을 보는 관점들에 대해 폭넓게 이해하고 스스로 실제 존재하는 조직 현상을 창의적으로 분석할 수 있는 능력을 제고하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 담당 교수가 강의를 통해 중요한 조직론의 내용을 소개하되, 학기 후반부에는 학생들이 구체적인 조직에 대해 사례연구하고 그 결과를 발표하고 토론할 예정이다. (2023년 1학기)
This course aims to enhance students' ability to broadly understand the perspectives of organizational view and to creatively analyze existing organizational phenomena by focusing on various topics related to social organization. The professor in charge introduces important organizational theories through lectures, but in the second half of the semester, students will study case studies on specific organizations and present and discuss the results. Studies in Social Organizations: Network, Trust, and Risk
전통적인 조직관이 닫힌 체계, 위계적 조직, 그리고 합리적 조직과 노드에 기반한 연구가 중심을 이루었다면, 정보화의 진전으로 인해 열린 체계, 수평적 네트워크와 링크 중심의 조직 현상들이 부각되고 있다. 이 세미나에서는 조직에 관한 패러다임 변화의 이론적 맥락에 대해 검토한 후, 다양한 실질적 쟁점들에 대해 검토하고, 수강자들이 가진 개인적 연구관심과 연결시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 토론하고자 한다. 이 세미나에서 다루는 주제들은 다음과 같다. 1) 복잡계 네트워크, 2) 초연결과 조직의 미래, 3) 플랫폼 사회와 데이터 경제 4) 신로l와 사회적 자본, 그리고 사회적 관계의 문화적 맥락 5) 사회적 기업과 사회적 경제 6) 사회의 질과 사회적 가치 7) 위험과 사회이론 8) 조직실패, 재난, 위기관리 등이다. While the traditional organizational view of closed systems, hierarchical organizations, and research based on rational organizations and nodes were centered, the phenomenon of open systems, horizontal networks and links-centered organizational phenomena emerged due to the progress of informatization. In this seminar, after reviewing the theoretical context of paradigm change regarding organization, various practical issues will be reviewed, and methods to be connected with individual research interests of participants will be discussed. The topics covered in this seminar are as follows. 1) Complex network, 2) Hyperconnection and the future of organization, 3) Platform society and data economy 4) Shinro, social capital, and cultural context of social relations 5) Social enterprise and social economy 6) Social quality and social value 7 ) Risk and social theory 8) Organizational failure, disaster, crisis management, etc. (Spring 2022)
이 과목은 사회학의 기본 개념을 이해한 후, 현대 사회의 구조와 변화하는 세계, 그리고 한국 사회의 변화에 대해 사회학적 개념과 이론을 구사하여 묻고 답할 수 있도록 돕는 것을 목표로 한다. 일상적 삶의 경험 속에서 자신의 주변을 관찰하고, 자신의 경험을 통해 문제를 이해하며, 이를 통해 사회현상을 이해하는 사회학적 상상력을 발휘하는 것이다. (2023년 2학기)
This course aims to help students understand the basic concepts of sociology and then use sociological concepts and theories to ask and answer questions about the structure of modern society, the changing world, and changes in Korean society. It is about observing one's surroundings in everyday life experiences, understanding problems through one's own experiences, and exercising sociological imagination to understand social phenomena.
이 세미나의 목적은 수강생이 학위논문 계획서나 연구계획서를 작성하도록 돕는 것이다. 1부 이론구성의 원리와 방법 터득하기, 2부 설명의 논리, 3부 이론구성의 실제 등 크게 세 부분으로 나뉜다. 1부에서는 전형적 학습 틀로 흔히 사용되는 고전 이론과 유파별로 정리된 시각의 패러다임들에 대한 검토 대신, 이론구성의 원리와 방법에 대해 살펴보고 실제 응용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 2부에서 이론구성에 활용되는 주요 설명 논리들을 차례로 검토한 후, 3부에서는 기존에 출간된 주요 저작들과 학위 논문들을 이론구성의 관점에서 비판적으로 살펴보며, 아울러 학생들의 기말보고서를 발표하고 토론하는 기회를 가진다. The purpose of this seminar is to help students write a thesis plan or research plan. It is largely divided into three parts: Part 1: Understanding the principles and methods of theory construction, Part 2: The logic of explanation, and Part 3: The practice of theory construction. In Part 1, instead of examining classical theories commonly used as typical learning frameworks and paradigms organized by school, the goal is to examine the principles and methods of theory construction and apply them in practice. After reviewing the main explanatory logics used in theory construction in Part 2, Part 3 critically examines previously published major works and theses from the perspective of theory construction, and also presents and discusses students' final reports.
